1st year riding. From new have covered 5000 miles since May 2010, mix of commuting my 80mile daily country lane loop / motorway riding. The rear is just coming down to the ware indicator. SuperMaxx knock the crap out of the dunlops the previous owner had on it. They warm up fast, very predictable plenty of give but quick to change direction. Able to use the full width of the tyre tread without trying to. Little nervous cornering in wet, but that's more me than the tires with me being a novice still. I've used MAXXIS on my MTB for year's, saw a special offer for this pair for my Fazer so snapped them up. I'm replacing the rear this week with another SuperMaxx. Just buy a pair, you'll not regret it. Front's just as confident inspiring.

Have heard tales of splitting and a little evidence showing but not bad enough to worry me. Great tyres but will let go on track if provoked.
