Tried these out and was very surprised. I live in the Northwest where it rains 5 months of the year and we go skiing often. Goes through rain like butter and even on up to 1 inch of fresh snow and graveled snow on Mt. Hood. This is on a Toyota Sienna Minivan and was just impressed at the quality and capabilities despite the practical price.
