Comment:
I am a high mileage rider and usualy go through 2 sets a year and average 9500Km to a set of tyres. All brands bring out a new tyre and claim is has better grip and mileage than all other tyres on the planet. This is the first time I have experienced such a massive improvement in mileage whilst still maintaining the characteristics of the tyre. I would buy this tyre again if they hadn't improved it even further by bringing out the Road 6 which will be my new go to tyre

I have fitted the Michelin Road 5 to 3 motorcycles now and in each case the improvement to handling (especially in the wet) was noticeably improved. The tyre has an abundance of grip for highway riding and great wear properties. It rolls nicely into bends and rights itself in a predictable way with plenty of feel.
