Fantastic grip and braking in fresh snow, compacted snow and ice. Dry and wet performance is little weak compared to the OEM summer set, invoking ABS more often in heavy braking. Noise was not an issue despite other reviewer's thoughts. These are my 1st set of winter tyres so my opinions are based on a comparison to summer tyres driven in winter in North England. They were fantastic in the recent snowy conditions allowing me to travel all over North Yorkshire without a concern if the roads were salted or not.

All other cars/4x4's got stuck. Only cars shod with these tyres got both in and out of my home during this last snow period.
