I was looking to buy tyres with rim protection ridge so bought this sort, but there is no way they have any kind of rim protection ridge &, when I tried to get a refund for the difference in price for the tyre without rim protection, this company was totally unhelpful, arguing with me, despite me sending photographic proof, so I gave up in the end & definitely wouldn't buy anything from them in the future. I know what a tyre with rim protection looks like as we have another vehicle which does have this type of tyre. Their customer relations leaves alot to be desired. Am still awaiting my refund!
