I bought these in case we had a repeat of the snow of the last couple of winters, but it hasn't snowed so can't comment on snow performance. I can however say that they are noticeably better than the standard tyres for grip in the cold and wet. Overall I'd say they are good value for money.

Excellant value for money tyres. Very confidence inspiring in poor conditions and also comfortable and quiet. Only negative i can find is increased fuel consumption and fairly high wear rate due to the increased drag of the softer winter rubber compound.

These are my second set of Marangoni Meteo HPs. Despite making the car's handling slightly stodgy in the dry, I have been over the Mountain Roads in Scotland for the past 3 winters with no worries. I've never need chains.
