    This tyre gives more assurance and feels better that the previous Bridgestone B45. The trade off seems to be on wear.

    Break away is progressive, wet weather breaking is very impressive, longevity and resistance to squaring off even on long journeys has made the tyre a great companion for the money. My only gripe is a lack of sensation nearer the limit of cornering grip. although due to the smooth breakaway, understeer is relatively recoverable. Not bad at all.

    I am on my second pair, I think they provide great grip and ride quality. They feel much better than the BT45. They wear acceptably, around 9000 miles/14000 KM for rears double that for fronts. Judging from the other posts I guess they don't like German roads.

    Good all round tyre. Resists squaring off too quickly and hard wearing. I usually get around 12,000 km out of a set with mixed speed riding on a heavy cruiser.

    Ride on Dunlop 404's front and rear - up to 6000 km's per month. Wouldn't want to risk a change to any other.
