The new Sportmax D208 is the street certified version of the world champion tyre Sportmax D208 GP. Many new characteristics drive it to a higher performance level thus making it the perfect choice for the new super-sport cars. Better absorption facilities and an optimized transversal cut, the new aramid belt material improve the absorption. Improved wet adhesion for a larger bearing surface and the new profile ensure a higher stability and a higher road grip. A higher wet adhesion and the construction of the profile ensure a better water drainage. The rubber mixture of the bearing surface is 100% SBR polymers with a high portion of silicon. A better handling, the new outline and weight-optimized construction improve the steering response.
